We want you to feel like a cosmic queen in your new threads, but if something isn't quite right, you have 30 days to return your items for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition with tags attached to keep the vintage vibes alive.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place your items back in their original packaging, ensuring they are unworn, unwashed, and still have all the original 'The Hippie Shake' tags attached.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your pre-paid return label from the portal, stick it onto your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
